Fall, is that you?

Hello loves,

I hope your weekend was full of fun or relaxation.

It officially feels like fall on campus, with the weather today. I love love love it.

Not to mention, this weekend was fabulous.

Good talks over Red Mango. Getting to know new friends better. Fun nights out. Chill nights in. Avoiding homework. Reading wedding blogs. Seeing old friends. Coffee. Leaving cute post-it notes all over someone’s mirror as a surprise. Visiting my aunt’s for Labor Day. Getting to see my family. Little man is getting so big, it’s crazy!

That’s a snippet of my weekend, hope yours was just as fabulous!

& Now that school’s officially starting.. good luck to everyone.

If you’re not in school… well, still enjoy the fall weather!

Move in!

Yesterday was moving day for me. We decided to take little man. So that meant 2 cars, 2 sisters, 2 parents, and a three year old. We made it up fine after a few stops, and then it was time to move into my little home. Let me just say, mi familia is a hot mess when moving in. After we got everything in, we ran around and did some shopping. Then, we ate Indian food for an early birthday dinner for me. Little man was hilarious, he even talked and played with the waiter. That never happens, he’s a shy one in public. After that, we got ice cream and walked around. It was a lovely day. It didn’t end there, though! We bought a futon and had an adventure trying to put it together. The family finally left around ten. They were all very tired, and so was I. Now I have to finish unpacking… but I think I’ll make some coffee first!

There was construction, so of course we stopped to look at the bulldozer!

I’m so thankful for my family, love them, and I will miss them.

It’s finally here

Awkward

How sad and excited I am for the new movie. I’m kind of really bummed that the journey’s over….

When looking for your phone, you lift up a blanket, only to have your phone fly across the room.

Working for literally two hours to make a Grooveshark widget.

Phone calls where you don’t know what to say.

Having your 3 year old nephew scream in the grocery store, 8 times.

Awesome

HP, tonight at midnight!

Having the house to myself. This means dancing like an idiot in the kitchen without caring. (:

Chipotle, yum.

Days out with your sister & her friend.

It’s Kind of a Funny Story

Party time.

My neighborhood celebrated Independence Day on the 3rd of July.
My family also celebrated little man’s 3rd birthday.

I hope everyone’s holiday weekend was as smashing as mine!

1. Flowers I bought. 2. Fresh grapes and berries. 3. Little man with his bug catching party gifts.

4. His bulldozer cake. 5. Mini cupcakes. 6. Bug cupcakes.

7. New racetrack! 8. Bests at the fireworks. 9. The lake.

Can you believe summer is halfway over?!

Lessons from a 3 year old

After dumping aloe on the ground and being told to clean it up he responds, “I can’t, it’ll make my hands messy!”

Onions are bad, mushrooms are “all right”

Patience is never an option

whispering “stupid (insert name here)” is the biggest insult

It’s apparently more appealing to eat off of everyone’ plate, but your own
